Did you know that pharmaceutical pills and medical waste are rated as dangerous waste and can dramatically effect our eco-systems? Don't throw away unused drugs, but take them to any pharmacy for proper disposal - if they, by any chance refuse to accept them, remind them of Regulation for Medical Waste Management, (Službeni glasnik RS br 78/2010) in which is stated that pharmacies are obliged to accept expired or unused medicine.
There are 39 recycling collection points in Belgrade where you can drop off three types of recyclable waste: PET packaging, paper and metal. The locations are the following (by municipality):
