Near Taipei 101 tower, shopping center 'Shin Kong Mitsukoshi (新光三越)' extends to four floors. On one of side entrances vertical gardens is integrated, which is in general smart move to attract the attention of people to the ceneter. With artificial light, the plants seem to be so healthy that they like they are made of plastic. We have touched them, they are not. Various vegetation like dieffenbachia, stromanthe, cordyline and various home plants are planted. Each plant has enough space for its growth, enough mineral feed and sufficient light for its growth. Water that drips throughout the entire system is minerilize, so plants do not need to grow out of their place in search for food.
